how do I superimpose 2 clip art pictures?
i located clip art of a blank school diploma. I want to “fill in” the type of diploma it is. possible?? I also want to add the international “no” symbol (red circle with a ’slash’ through it) on top of the diploma. Thanks!!
Since you didn’t mention what graphics application you’re currently using, I can’t give you specific advice on what keystrokes/menu items will accomplish this task. Typically, you’ll want to make use of layers within the graphics editor. For instance, import the blank school diploma as an initial background layer. Then add the other graphics elements on their own layers so you can control transparency, rotation and scaling. If you don’t believe layering is supported by your current application, try the open source software called Gimp; it has very advanced features at no cost including layers.
